Just Let Me Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with me. I get it. If you need to cancel please try and give us as much notice as possible. If possible more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.

No shows kill small businesses so please try and give me notice and I will book you in for another day.

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
